GeoTHERM 2025: Europe's leading geothermal trade fair opens its doors again
Call for Papers published

Offenburg. GeoTHERM, Europe's largest trade fair for geothermal energy, is once again inviting visitors to engage in intensive dialogue and networking. The event will take place on 20 and 21 February 2025 at the exhibition grounds in Offenburg and offers an outstanding platform for experts, innovators and interested parties from the geothermal industry.

"GeoTHERM has established itself as an indispensable meeting place for the geothermal community. We look forward to once again providing a home for the exchange and further development of this pioneering technology in 2025," says Project Manager Gabriele Weislogel.

GeoTHERM 2024 set a new record with over 6,509 trade visitors and an impressive increase in exhibitors. This positive development is also continuing in the planning for 2025. The exhibition space is already almost fully booked.

The congress on shallow and deep geothermal energy, which takes place parallel to the trade fair, remains a central element of GeoTHERM. This is where international experts meet to exchange innovations and experience reports. At last year's event, visitors were presented with a wealth of expertise, current developments and the latest field reports in around 56 presentations. Due to the highly international nature of the event, all presentations will be simultaneously translated into German and English.
By participating in the GeoTHERM Congress, you also have the opportunity to submit your contribution to our annual GeoTHERM Journal. The journal is created via a peer reviewing process and is provided with a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) upon publication and can therefore be used as a source reference.
The current call for papers offers speakers the opportunity to present their latest research results and projects. Interested parties can submit their contributions until 31 August 2024.

Advance sales for combined tickets (congress and trade fair) have started. Super early bookers benefit from discounted prices until 31 July 2024: The 1-day ticket is available for EUR 36 and the 2-day ticket for EUR 56.
